After a long flight, the last thing you want is to haggle at a taxi rank. So we collect you ourselves — a warm welcome and an easy ride straight to your door.
It’s the little things that turn a rental into a real welcome. A complimentary pickup from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) comes with every stay at both of our homes — no booking fees, no surge pricing, no standing in a queue wondering if you’re being overcharged. Just a friendly face and a comfortable car waiting to bring you home.
How it works

Send us your flight details
Once your stay is booked, message us your flight number and arrival time. That’s all we need — we’ll track the flight, so a delay or an early landing is no problem.

Look for your name at arrivals
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Chiang Mai’s airport is small and friendly — you’ll spot them in moments.

Straight to your door
It’s a short, air-conditioned ride into the Old City — usually 10 to 15 minutes. We’ll meet you at the house, show you around, and get you settled in.
And when it’s time to leave
We don’t just disappear after check-in. When your trip comes to an end, we’re happy to arrange a reliable car back to the airport at a fair, agreed price — so you leave Chiang Mai as smoothly as you arrived. Heading onward to somewhere else in the city first? Just ask.

Is the airport pickup really free?
Yes — a complimentary one-way pickup from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) is included with every stay at both Aspaya House and Aspaya Family. There’s nothing extra to pay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry at all. We track your flight using the number you send us, so your driver adjusts to your real landing time. Whether you’re early or late, someone will be there.
What if I arrive very late at night?
Late-night arrivals are completely fine — many flights into Chiang Mai land in the evening. Just send your details in advance and we’ll have everything ready, however late it is.
How many people and bags can you collect?
Our pickup comfortably suits up to four guests with luggage, which matches both homes. Travelling with lots of bags, a pushchair or a car seat? Let us know in advance and we’ll arrange the right vehicle.
Can you arrange a ride back to the airport too?
Absolutely. While the complimentary transfer covers your arrival, we’re always happy to book a reliable, fair-priced car for your departure. Just tell us your flight time and we’ll take care of it.
