Aspaya House is our calm, light-filled private residence right in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City. We designed it for the way people actually travel — somewhere you can spread out, cook a proper meal, and feel instantly at home rather than parked in another anonymous rental.
Inside you’ll find warm neutral tones, comfortable sofas, soft lighting and a kitchen you can genuinely use. Two king-sized bedrooms and a bathroom-and-a-half make it ideal for two couples travelling together or a small family settling in for a week or more.
