Blackitch is a fine dining chef’s table restaurant which blends together Thai cuisine with Japanese influence.

The owner and restaurant’s namesake, Chef Black, takes a holistic artisanal approach to locally sourced seasonal cuisine presented via an ever changing menu based on weekly available ingredients.
