Pari
Pari is one of those rare little gems where every detail feels thoughtful.
With just a small counter and a few seats, the atmosphere is intimate and buzzing, like being let in on a secret. The menu takes its cue from Japanese izakaya dining but reimagines it with Thai soul and impeccable sourcing – Yunnan ham from a Chiang Mai village, perilla from Mae Hong Son, sashimi-grade fish from the south, and organic meats.
Highlights include the corn fried rice with smoky Yunnan ham and their house-made ponzu, lifted by fragrant Somsa citrus oil. It’s refined, creative, and unforgettable.
